Good video Pete.

I have been using my ctl sys a lot and since I bought it and yes the hose is a tight fit! Almost like a puzzle to get it all back in neatly.

I also have noticed that when sat in a sys trolley its tricky to plug a plug it cable in as the cable hits the trolley casing the cable to have a sharp bend in.

Festool also has a 21.5 mm hose (495019) which is meant for the HSK-A hand sanding blocks.
It's even 5 m long and should also fit the CTL-SYS and cost only €28 incl. VAT.
Which is quite cheap for Festool standards.
