had a similar issue with my 75 when cutting baltic birch.
took the saw to Anderson Ply.

Let Alan K have a look at it test it etc.

He determined I was using the wrong blade needed a finer tooth blade. He sold me with fine tooth blade, then I adjust the toe in havent adjusted my saw in a very long time.

Cuttng like new again.

I bought it from Woodcraft, I took everything there and he just replaced it under the 30day return. He said the universal blade is fine. And as you can see earlier I posted pics when it was working. I did like 40 1in strips without issue, I did the glued up sample without issue. No idea what it was and even the festool support couldn’t really help and just send me back to the dealer to replace it. The replacement now does the glued up pieces perfectly fine.

After a ton of cuts I realized another issue disappeared, with the first TS75 and shop vac running at the same time every 5 cuts the breaker tripped. Now I did 40 strips and not a single time the breaker tripped. Anyway, all good now and happy :-)

Are you in the USA? If so, make sure you have at least a dedicated 20amp circuit. This is a common problem here.....

I am, I’m using a 15amp circuit and as I said, with the first saw it tripped every few cuts, now with the replacement saw it didn’t trip once in 40 cuts.
