Yeah I caught that... 
In his first post he also asked about specialty blades, which is why I mentioned that I cut the stuff with a track saw with an OEM blade. It seemed to work just fine.
I agree in FT then the 1010 seems like the right small one.
But really any router will do this, it is not magic.
If he already has a router then his specific router may fit the OFA-FSN.
However I would probaby be more inclinded to route it using just a straight edge than a rail and router holder.
Anyhow the gate I made had some inserts using that alloy clad material. It was pretty easy, and the Mrs was pleased. I am still unsure if I like it... But it is a gate though.
