Looking to buy a vac, saw, and maybe a router. Any dealer offering any bonus items with it being cyber Monday. Can't hurt to ask around some. I want to buy here from woodcraft but with most places offering free shipping and no tax that helps out a bunch. Thanks

I don't think you will find any 'breaks' on pricing because Festool demands that all dealers sell at MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), but remember that Festool always offers 10% off the price of a Dust Extractor when purchased with most tools - and that certainly includes ANY saw. At least I am not aware of any saws that don't qualify for the deal.

If you are purchasing a TS55 track saw, be sure to ask your dealer to substitute the 55" 'Holey Rail' for the standard rail. There's no difference in price between the two, but with the 'Holey Rail' youve got a start on the LR32 cabinet drilling system. If you're buying a router, you'll definitely want that capability...

Actually, I think there IS a $5.00 difference.  That's what I paid to swap mine on my order for the TS55.  Not exactly a king's ransom, but there WAS a small difference.

Cheers,

Frank

Nope. Direct from the Festool USA website:

55" Guide Rail FS 1400 - 491498 - $125.00

32 mm Hole Drilling Guide Rail, 55" (1400 mm) - 496939 - $125.00

[big grin]

Could be that there USED to be a difference? Remember that I've only been into Festool for a year...

Hmmm..

Hey Sean or Peter!  I want my refund! [big grin]

Yup, pricing is equal now, but wasn't in March of this year.  No worries.

Cheers,

Frank

Check out Lee Valley's Cyber Monday sale. I picked up a $1000 gift card for $850 last year, then bought a Domino with the card. A $150 saving on a brand new Festool is a darn good deal!
Just note that quantities are limited so act fast if they offer this again this year.

Nice score on the Lee Valley gift card.

Too bad folks in the US can't buy Festool products from LV.

John

Sorry, I didn't realize Lee Valley couldn't sell Festool to US customers.
Cyber Monday sale is up now, but no gift cards this year so it's no loss this time.

No worries. Just wanted potential US Festool buyers to know that they can't buy Festool tools from LV. Tanos Systainers - yes, Festools - no.
