Wanting to know from experts if this is a deal or not.
I know the EQ is an older saw.  In fact manufacturing date of 02/12.  The saw is mint as it’s not been used much.
Comes with the saw, box, track plus 42” track plus clamps and joiners

Wants $625.  I’m not sure I should be paying that much for a 11 year old saw

Appreciate any insight

The saw, itself, is certainly not a $600+ thing, but that "clamps and joiners" part, whatever that is, can easily cover half or more of the value of the package deal .. so hard to say without an elaboration.

Same with any blades included if in good shape.

Only used a few times, blade will be what came in the package, which included the original 55” track.
I know the clamps and joiners are worth close to $200 new plus the 42” track is $125
Is it worth buying a 10 year old saw , albeit close to mint

i sold one last year it was used in my shop and I am a homeowner  so it was used but not as a pro. I sold it with 1400 guide rail, systainer, 4 blades basically everything it came with when I bought it new. the baldes alone are about $90 ea if you were to buy them at todays prices.

I sold it for $375. So I think $600 i'd way to much you can wait and get a new model on recon for less than that. But you'd have to get a guide rail

One of the 5 TSes I own is an EQ Plus. It was the first saw I bought, propbably around the same year as the saw in question. It is till going strong with almost daily use in a shop environment.

It's hard to say, but the package is interesting. Low balling annoys me to no end but you may be able to get a little better deal. Near mint for a ten year festool is still worth something. The newer saws have more features but what would be the whole purchase price instead.
