decent deal on WIHA impact bit sets

Apparently Lowes is now stocking some WIHA stuff.

This is a deal on an impact rated bit set in a plastic case. 40 piece set with some longer bits as well. Phillips, Square and Torx as well as a couple of nut setters 5/16 and 3/8

Not the set for you if you want hex. My Lowe's had 15 in stock, but this has hit Slick Deals so they may go fast.

If you need hex (metric and SAE) and Pozi drive as well as a small ratchet. This kit is also available for $30 It is a nice kit as well. I have 2, one for the shop and one in my go bag. WIHA has this one at $38

I bought the little ratchet set and one of the small sets of 2 inch bits about a month ago at my local Lowes. The ratchet set is very handy, and the bits are great.

Thanks Ron - cost me $50 I got both sets. I'm a sucker for these bit sets in nice cases. Always wanted one of those small ratchet sets too but they seem to go out of stock quickly when on sale. Didn't realize the ratchet was so small. It's actually cute (did I just call a tool cute?).

OMG - I know I'm getting old but: 1) couldn't get a bit out of the mag holder on the GoBox. Ha- need to pull this sleeve up to release it  (no directions show this). 2) The bit set took about 5 minutes to remove from the package. Used a knife but wanted to make sure I didn't damage the set or myself. Out of the sealed packaging these are a bargain at this price!
