Offered for sale is an almost new 1/2" Delta spindle Shaper Model # 43-122. Serial # 89D21651. It has a 1HP, 3450 RPM, 14.7 amp Motor w/Reversing Switch. Wired for 110VAC but can be re-wired to run on 220 VAC. As you can see in the photos it is in really excellent condition. I no longer have a need for the machine. The parts photo includes all the basic items that came with the machine: 1/2" spindle and drawbolt, table insert, orange plastic spindle guard w/all mounting hardware, adjustable split fence, tapered starting pin and wrenches. Also included are the following items: #43-344 3-knife cutter head w/bushing, wrench & 3-1" straight cutters; #43-935 extra 1/2" spindle NIB; 10: 1/2" to 3/4" bushings (yes, you can run 3/4" bore cutters with no problem, just not the really large panel raisers); NIB Freud #EC-031 carbide glue joint cutter and 12 of the following HSS 3-wing cutters:
09-105 1 1/2" straight, 2ea 09-127 3/8" straight, 2ea 09-136 cove & bead, 09-101 5/16" cove+3/8" bead, 09-100 1/2" cove+5/16" 1/4 rnd, 09-197 wedge groove, 09-195 5-bead 1/8" bead, 09-219 1" bead, 09-198 ogee +table edge, 09-199 1" convex edge. Also original manual w/parts list and door construction booklet. Mounted on a nice rolling base w/locking wheels.
While your looking at this think about quiet, not like a router table screaming; induction motor can run all day long, no problem, forward and reverse cutter direction as grain pattern changes. Solid cast iron top! Heavy..Slow..Quiet!
The machine currently dose not accept router bits but if you want to use router bits in this machine contact Charles G.G.Schmidt for part #AC302 router bit collet.
