Depth Stop Chuck Not Spinning

Well I got out my depth stop chuck today to work on an out feed table I am building. It worked fine when I put it away and all the other chucks (Centrotec, offset, right angle, etc.) work today.  However, when I install the depth stop chuck it does not spin.  I am baffled because this is the chuck I use the least.  No chance it’s wore out and I know it has not be dropped. 

Any suggestions FOG?  Thanks

[member=1619]SRSemenza[/member] you called it!  I simply installed the chuck and it did not spin when I was holding the bit in my fingers.  In my quest to finish this table I blanked that pressure was required to spin and to allow the chuck to function properly.  Glad it was a brain freeze on my part and glad I asked FOG.

It is just one of those things ... we are all so use to hitting the trigger and seeing the bit spin. Glad it was not a real problem.
