Diagrams in EKAT System

I just noticed that I can no longer view diagrams within the Festool EKAT system.  No matter what product I select, the diagram does not appear -- the graphic indicating the percentage that has loaded does show, but once at 100% loaded nothing happens.  I'm accessing via a MacBook Pro with the OSX operating system.

Is this just a temporary glitch in the system?  [sad]

Working on my PC with IE8.  Maybe something with a Java update issue for you?

Just checked again and it now is working as it should for me.  I haven't changed anything on my end, so it must have been some glitch that is now corrected.

I get this same glitch from time to time too. Maybe the site is a bit buggy or perhaps the reason is that they're updating something. Anyway, it's always up again a bit later.

Always make sure you have the latest version of Java installed. You can download it for free at http://www.java.com. That should fix the issue you're experiencing.

I have the same problem with my Mac; it can take several attempts to get EKAT diagrams to appear.

Thanks for the heads-up on Java update - I'll check to see if I have the latest version installed.

It wasn't an issue with needing to update Java on my computer.  Still working for me now, so must have been that they were doing some updating on the system.
