DIY Rolling Systainer (Sys Cart)

Typically on jobs I stack all my systainers on my vacuum. I’ve wanted a way to roll around a second stack but couldn’t justify $100 on a cart. So I used about $20 in casters and just permanently attached them to an unused sys classic.
I plan on filling it with caulking, paper towels, tape, drywall patch/knives etc. stuff I use frequently but never set up a systainer for.
I set the plywood on the bottom and used a flush trim router bit. Let’s see how it works, I’ll post a pic once I figure out how to fill it.
Cheers

That’s very well sorted - nice layout and one look control of the content.

Some of us is having exciting times  [blink] when uploading, for me from iOS devices.
The upload function here is rather sensitive to what you do as well, especially when trying to edit photos in a post already posted - that can be fun - time flies by fast [big grin]

Nice setup, I need to get some larger boxes for consumables etc.
I also did something similar with my Bosch LBoxx and purchased a spare top (L-RACK-T)

Platinum Patch - go to for exterior work?
