I was considering a SYS3 TB M 137 but I really didn't like the fact the top was just open with no way to close it, making it little more than a crate with a handle despite the handy screwdriver holes.
I ultimately picked up a SYS-SB "tackle box" instead, where at least I can latch it closed.
If you prefer the open toolbox, why? The main benefit I can see is the ability to carry taller items like drills, caulk tubes or spray cans, but if I am carrying my drill somewhere it's going to be in the Systaner³ it came in; is that just me?
If Festool sold something like the Milwaukee PACKOUT™ Customizable Work Top to latch atop it, it would be more useful to me, otherwise it would get full of dust, sawdust and other debris over time; even the ones on the shelf at my dealer were full of dust, and it seems like a pain to have to put a different Systaner³ box atop it, like a Systainer³ Organizer or even a SYS3 M 112.
