Hi all, just bought myself a T15+3 cordless drill set and am well impressed to say the least! I use flat and auger type drill bits a lot in my job for boring locks and handles and such like and wondered if there was a centrotec type of these available?

Welcome to the forum, Johnny. No, Festool doesn't have paddle/spade bits or auger bits. Just Forstner and smaller wood drill bits.

[welcome] to the fog.

festool dont sell spade bits. they will fit in the chuck , if you wanted the speed of the cenrotec you could get another chuck and leave the spade bit in the first one.
as shane said they do make forsner bits with the centrotec. these would work even better then the spade bits

I use spade bits and self-feed bits a lot and I generally either put them right into the output shaft or use one of the Centrotec bit holders. That usually depends on how deep I need to reach.
