I don't know about the dentist detail specifically, but I do remember a guy with an all Festool shop, very clean/organized that would give that vibe.
He seemed to have everything displayed it quite well. Then, they made him mad, with the constant price increases. (across the board, with no apparent value added?) So, he essentially got rid of everything and changed his channel name. I would have started with that name, but I don't remember it either?
He changed it to "The Poplar Shop" and as far as I know, it still exists under that name. (IIRC, the guy's name is Eric)
The most egregious part was that he apparently couldn't let go of the Plug-it cable concept. I totally blame him for the disappearance of the little "tool-side" adaptor that you used to be able to buy, directly from Festool. He must have snapped up every one available, then went about cutting the cords off of the Bosch (and other brands) tools, converting a whole shop to that style, complaining about prices the whole time. All of the Festool was gone, replaced by something else.
I don't know if someone at Festool was offended by this and didn't want it to become a problem? but it sure seems mighty coincidental.
I basically quit watching his channel after that. It seemed petty and even disingenuous. Ok, you are fed up with price increases, that doesn't invalidate the things you already have, just don't buy anything else. The vindictive "getting rid of" things you have promoted for years? I don't get that.

Is this the guy?
