Does Festool make a wider hose that will fit the CT 15?

i think the one that comes with the unit is 27/32? it's not wide enough to pick up some larger debris (i use my CT 15 a bit like a Shop Vac).

The coupling that goes to the extractor itself is the same on all of them, so any of the hoses will fit.
I have a straight 36mm hose for mine, when larger chips are being made. There is one even bigger, 50mm, you can also get larger nozzles for that hose.

Bosch makes a hose that is bigger and fits exactly. Unfortunately I don't know the item number. However, I do have one and will look to see if there is a number on it. Also I believe it 16' long.
If I get the Bosch number I'll post it here.

I suck up everything that's not explosive or bites back. Nothing hurts the vac. 36 mm hose is best, never clogs. 27 mm hose clogs every 5 seconds.

You mean actually stretch the hose end ? There are plenty of cleaning attachments available.

I think for leaves and larger debris just getting a relatively inexpensive 50mm or "2 1/2" hose (maybe with large diameter floor / cleaning nozzles) is the way to go.  Should suck that stuff up with no trouble at all.

I see a piece of concrete and some crickets. I would advice against sucking up both of those with any vac. Unless the crickets are a real pest or course. The piece of concrete seems to big to fit anyway.

well the concrete isn't going anywhere lol - it's likely just the crickets and leaves, sticks and such. sure, i'd rather not vacuum them but frankly i hate bugs and want to clean that whole window well out and put a cover on top to stop the debris from gathering in there.

i'd use a regular shop vac but because my house had some lead paint i don't want to risk it.

thanks Seth. i do have a few attachments - mostly the typical crevice nozzle and flat floor nozzle both of which won't be ideal for this stuff. can you point me in the right direction for finding additional attachments that might work well?

none of the attachements on the Festool site seem like a solution.

What Alex says. I have a Protool branded tapered hose that is five meters long (for the followers in the four countries that have not gone metric… 16.404 foot) and that will handle anything you throw at at it als long as it will fit in the end someway.

You don't need to treat your Festool vac like it is delicate. I never understand why people sometimes think like that. It is a tool and meant to do the job, simple as that. I was cutting stone the other day to make windows. The stone saw worked with water and I had to suck that up again to prevent damage to the surrounding drywall inside. Worked like a charm with my Mini. Yeah, it got real dirty, but no harm done.
