Does the WRC-1000 T-LOC bottom fit on the 'old' WCR-1000?

Hi I just bought a WCR-1000 for a song, new from a dealer. I have not recieved it yet. I think there are two verions the WCR-1000 and the newer WCR-1000 T-LOC. I have two CTL-MIDI I's and I think the older WCR-1000 does not fit on the MIDI I.

Can I purchase the WCR-1000 T-LOC bottom (10650298) and put it on WCR-1000 that I just bought? That would solve my problem and also the dealer's problem (no return and he does not have an obsolete product).

I'm not certain, but I think that you'll be able to attach the older WCR-1000 to the new MIDI I using the four corner clips. I checked in EKAT to see if any other parts changed between the two models but only see the newer version listed.

I can try again, but the bottom plate of the older WCR-1000 was not compatible with the MIDI-I, even using the corner clips, unless you trimmed plastic in at least a few places.

It's been a while since I attempted it, so I could try again, but I really don't want to empty the WCR and take it off of my CT-26.

You might also be able to use a Systainer as an interface between the CT and the WCR. Maybe the SYS-Sort4?

The new WCR 1000 T-Loc definitely fits the MIDI I. I have it on my 48 AC, but was curious and tried it on my girlfriend's MIDI I.

I ended up designing and make a new base with 3D printed cleats and attaching the 'legs'of the WCR to that. Works perfectly. Emptying the cyclone is a bit of a hassle, but my sanders are at the perfect height.
