This weekend I cranked out 11 of these boxes for storing my nuts, Bolts, screws and other hardware.

great use of extra material. now the question is how do you unitize them to stack in a systainer and lug around?

Those are extremely nice!  I've had similar bins for quite some time now and they've proven to be extremely useful.  I added some drawer pulls I pulled off of some old cabinets to make them a little easier to pull off of the shelf.

And added French cleats to the backs so they'd hang instead of take up surface space. 

Made a couple different sizes for storing a variety of stuff as scrap came available.  I have plans to remake mine someday out of ply like yours but since they're working so well it's been difficult to spend the time.
