Hi,
Recently I couldn't locate my 6 mm domino drill bit. After looking for it for a long time, I realized what was my 6 mm drill bit was now drilling perfect 5 mm mortises. It simply wore out, and I had assumed it was my 5 mm bit. I am not complaining, as I use my Domino a lot. Before it completely wore out, I did notice my joints were not lining up perfectly.
Now that I replaced the domino bit, I am back to getting perfect results. I am sure I drilled well over 1000 mortises with it.
