From the two threads on either clamping the Domino (and holding the workpiece) or clamping the workpiece to a vise and then clamping the Domino to the workpiece, what seems to be needed is some type of clamping contrivance to clamp the Domino to the MFT. And then the workpiece then could be clamped to the MFT (since most of us have the MFT and clamps and even clamping elements. This will allow both small and fairly large workpieces to be clamped and held secure while being mortised.
Perhaps some type of fence and base, like the Biscuit Master, could be attached to the Domino and the fence could fit into the holes of the MFT. The fence would have a stop for repeatability and also allow for adjustment of height for the varying thicknesses of the workpiece. And if the fence is secure enough you may not even need to clamp the piece.
Maybe the Qwas dogs guy could modify his raildog so that the Domino could be secured to it (two small raildogs with the Domino in the middle and another piece to hold all three together?).
Or just mount the Domino to the MFT.
