Festool Clamping Elements MFT-SP - Height of clamping surface?

Could not see spec for height of the clamping surface from bench? Can someone share? 15mm would be ideal and sit below 3/4 ply, but I know some of these (from other manufactures) are 20mm high. Thanks in advance.

Mine, which are older, are 16mm tall or about 11/16" above the MFT top.

I've had my 2 sets of Festool clamping elements about 7 years I think.....Mine are about 18/19mm tall.

Have you looked at the Besseys?

They sit well below 3/4 ply.

I sold my Festool and bought the Bessey. The Festool clamps raise the workpiece and the Besseys don't. Better product for less money.

Like this? And this is the best case scenario because I'm using a scrap of MDO which will be flatter and smoother than probably any other wood product you clamp up.
1. MDO being clamped with the clamp only = .025" lift.
2. MDO with clamp and knob attached = .015" lift.
3. MDO with clamp, knob and fender washer attached = .0015" lift.
4. A close-up of photo #3 to see the overall flatness of the MDO.
