Domino Fence Won't Go to 5mm

I'm planning on calling Festool service this morning, but I thought I might get a swift and simple answer here first. Started doing some thin work with my Domino for the first time. It won't adjust below 6mm and at 6mm one of the edge stop dogs won't spring back into position once it has been depressed.

Anyone experienced anything similar? Any simple solution?

If you're talking about height, maybe the board thickness gauge isn't adjusted to the lowest setting. You may already know this but there are 2 ways to set height; one using the board thickness gauge which sets the height of the cut at preset levels based on the thickness of the board you are using and the manual gauge on the side of the fence which allows you to set the height at any level. The board thickness gauge should be at its lowest setting when using the manual height gauge.
