Are domino's suitable for exterior applications? I've been using them on a deck I've been building. I'm assuming the mahogany is specifically designed for marine environments?
I don't see why they wouldn't be. Just use exterior glue. Even that isn't really necessary since the mechanical alignment ability is really what you are using.
