Disclaimer: I do not claim the creation of that jig. I saw a video of a woodworker using a similar one and made my own.

Here the Jig I used for my systainers drawers. This is version two. On that one I shorten the fences so I could use the DF500 positioners. The version one had the fences all the way to the 9045 degree.

On picture #2 you can see the fences going all the way to the end of each board. Next version I will have the fences shorter to be able to clamp the jig on a bench

Maybe a somewhat stupid question, but:

What's the upside compared to simply using only one of the quick clamps to fix the boards to the bench (with some overhang for the bench to be out of the way) and simply registering using the fence (with #495666 for more stability when doing the ones on the 'face grain') and the pins/paddles (for sideward positioning)?

The first version had only one set of clamp and I was not happy with it. Those are two different clamps by the way.
The A and B from the picture below. Those clamps are auto-adjust to a point. For exemple, if you use 12mm material and then 28mm you have to move the screw up to compensate. With the two sizes I can basically clamp anything between 6mm to 30mm without having to change anything.

[member=66597]Mario Turcot[/member] I have these clamps too (with mounting plates to go into the MFT holes and skipping the A type as B is more versatile IMHO), was just confused about the jig having the 90° corner and two boards clamped at the same time... though you doing some tricky things (that I failed to grasp) there.

You are right, the type B are more versatile. I start using the type A then realize the type B would do a better job fitting more material thickness etc. Those clamps are very strong and one is enough to hold the board. I also have the plates that goes with those clamps A, B and C that are for T-track. My plan is to make several similar jigs with t-tracks so I can re-use the same clamps on all of the jigs.

Mario ... find yourself some non-slip material and laminate it to the jig.  I've started laminating the stuff shown to all my jigs (and some work surfaces) and it really works great ... it will allow you to use only one clamp on each piece and they will hold securely.

Yep ... and if you want to get fancy you could try a non-slip, rubberized coating.  I had thought about this, just haven't tried it yet.

Have a question for you [member=63307]TrackTubesGuy[/member] regarding your FAT 300. With all that weight on it how is it holding it's height, is it going down from time to time?

Here are some recent photos of using it on my FAT300 work station.  Only the pull-out shelves have the rubber material.  It's a little confusing, but the ply I use has an HDPE veneer that has a similar texture, so you can't really tell the difference in the photos.  The HDPE is slick .. the rubber grips good.

Here's one I made to fabricate some boxes for the shop and also for some under-bed storage boxes.

The 2 short pieces of drawer sides guide and align the actual drawer side being Domino'd, while the 2 small pieces of oak are hard stops that register the DF 500 from side-to-side.

The nice thing is that once a jig is made, you can just pull it off the shelf and fabricate more boxes 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years later!!! Just cut the material and clamp it in the jig.

The Domino will never replace a dovetail but they do have their place for certain easy to fabricate boxes. Fabrication time...15 minutes.

Here's one that took me 3-4 hours to fabricate.
