Hey guys I'm going to be making odd shapes of birch plywood suing different degree miter joints and I was thinking the domino would help make these joints strong and glue up easier. Searching through the threads it seems doable just a little tricky figuring out the depth and order of operation. Is there any jigs sold for making this type of work easier? I'll be using 1/2 and 3/4 ply and sometimes doubling up the ply to make thicker.

For depth, there is a nice set from Traxxas. Intended as spring pre-loaders for model cars. Works beautifully on the DF500. [emoji41]

I don't get the concept can you explain

I believe it goes like this. You clip one or more on the guide rails, that way you can control the plunge depth more accurately than the preselect values. There has been several types like this on the forum in the past. Hope that helps.

They can be used individually or in a stack and work like depth stop. I got mine for $2.99 after 5% off plus shipping from rcboyz.com, product code tra3769. If your order is over $25, enter code FREESHIP for free shipping. Better than cutting PVC tube into pieces to fit.
