Bought the machine a week ago and the first lot of board joining for a table top went like a breeze, now on the second top and the router is cutting at different depths and I have no idea why, using the cutter the machine came with for 5 x 30 dominos on 22 mm thick Sydney Blue gum hardwood boards, depth stop set to 15, height at 10 mm (ish) and set for an accurate cut (first stop), depth is varying by as much as 5 mm and when I went to glue up the boards wouldn't come together which is when i discovered the problem.  I simply don't know whats going on and if anyone can provide some insight it would be helpful.

Thanks

Are you using a dust extractor its the Domino? It is the one tool where dust extraction is an absolute must.

If not the above, the tip broke off the cutter.
