Hello to all. I am a new member here and I just discovered Festool about 6 weeks ago. I was looking for a new SCMS that I could easily bring to job sites that had accuracy and light weight. So, 3 weeks ago, I bought the Kapex, the fine finish blade and the crown stop attachments. I was blown away. So the next day I went out and bought the TS75, 2 55" guide rails, the carrying bag and the guide rail accessory kit. Today I went and got the CT22, the Rotex 150 EQ, the Systainer for 6" abrasives and 5 bags for the CT22. Plus, I ordered the tradesman cleaning set, some stuff for the rotex, the quick clamp for the guide rail and the caster dolly for the systainers. WHEN WILL IT END? I knew information about this line of tools than the salesman did not and he was pretty good. I have a LOT of tools from almost all manufacturers and I have to say that this stuff is just so far ahead in design. I have spent many hours lurking on this forum and therefore have given up on some others so I thank you all for your thoughts, ideas and information. Are there any support groups for people who are addicted to tools? HA HA

Thanks Dave

you are now a festool slut !

(I mean this in a nice way)

I know what you mean... Alas... My girly keeps those spending habit in check... If only wood working was all I had to do... Along with electrics, plumbing, roofing.... My tool budget does need to be controlled....

But, it's nice stuff... And, with age comes the wisdom of spend a little and get something back for it...

Paul.

Dave,

It won't end ;D
In my opinion that is a good thing as for me not only has festool improved productivity and cleanliness, but work is more fun now too!  The only thing that saddens me is the thought that I will run out of festools to buy!

My wife went out today and spent $350 on a pair of shoes.  Feeling guilty, she gave me the green light to go get the C12 kit I have been lusting over.  Payday is coming up fast!  Woo hoo!!
