Dr Who tardis style shop needed

Ron, I don't know if this helps/fits your situation however the #1 most space-efficient thing I did in my little shop was to line the walls with worksurfaces for the stationary bench machines (drill press, disk/belt sander, etc.), which lets me to roll the benches/floor machines underneath.

I prefer tall-ish worksurfaces (40") so all my carts and floor machines are at a 37" height. The stationary worksurface are 2" thick, giving me ~1" of clearance underneath. Everything is on casters & I rotate benches/machines as needed to fit the project.

Ron, are you able to use the driveway in front of your shop? When I had a 20x20 shop thats what I did. i put what I could on wheels, set up MFTs out side and also spray finished outside.
In the summer I would set up one of those 15x 15 canopys.The winters were bad there so i could do it pretty much year round.
I also bought my tools on versatility a tool that could be used to do many things. I got rid of my stationary tools and started using festools. However since you have a very nice set up dont do what I did.
If there is money in your budget to bump the shop out or up that might help to. Add a storage shed to store things you dont use that much find some room for exterior storage of wood. I bought exactly what I needed for each project as I didnt have the room to store wood.
