HI,

Anybody has a good tip which disc to use for a DSC-AG 125, to remove paint from a wall? I use now a 'metal brush' on a drill, that works but it's slow. Maybe a good job for the DSC-AG ?

Thanks!

What material is the wall? Stone, plaster, sheetrock, something else? That matters.

Generally I'd say a grinder like the DSC-AG is much too aggressive for such a thing, unless you're working directly on stone or bricks.

There are backing pads for grinders like this:https://www.abtec4abrasives.com/bac...on-angle-grinders-and-power-drills-1580-p.asp

There are also flap discs and wire brushes. Which one works best depends on the material you're working on.

Its stone and I there are a couple of basement walls. The paint is latex and I already tried it with a metal brush on a drill, that seems to work fine. It's rough, but fine.

Like this:https://www.amazon.de/wolfcraft-Drahtbürsten-Set-4tlg-Rundschaft-2133000/dp/B000P3DTC8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1547752909&sr=8-1&keywords=wire+brush+drill

Then I saw this one:https://www.amazon.de/125-mmx22-Strip-entfernen-reinigen-Grinder/dp/B077R925Z6

Its not from FT, I looked what FT has to offer but its not a lot, some disc are really for taking of layers of concrete and flatten surfaces. So thats too much.

So i was just hoping to find someone here that this is and knew what disc would be good to use.
