DTS 400 sander

the sander cuts out while sanding--a decade old for sure--it is not bogging down--just cuts out
maybe i need new bushings?

guessing it has them---are they replaceable
and
if they are where can I find a how-to

I'd start with checking the brushes p/n 490714 at $20 for a pair with brush holders.
