Yes, correct. The edge guide is sold separately. The rods are included with the router and are sometimes overlooked since they are black and blend in with the black insert in the bottom of the Systainer.

I knew about the rods since I bought the guide stops originally and have used them with that accessory. I just noticed the edge guide in the picture in the systainer lid and thought maybe I had misplaced the edge guide.

Although the edge guide isn't standard in the US, it is a standard part of the OF 1400 shipment in the UK.

I know the original poster is from the US, but as the forum is somewhat International in nature, I thought it prudent to point out this subtle regional difference.
