Wow, ok, I am just seeing this now because the customer contacted us last night. I will just copy and paste my response to his email to us below (which I wrote before reading his post on the FOG above). Obviously we are taking care of this situation.
Hi Chris,
The planer should not have been used, and I am sorry. We bought 30+ of these from a distributor in Canada because they were no longer available in the US, and obviously our shipper did not open yours before sending it out. I will issue a prepaid UPS call tag for that one...do you still have a box to send it back to us in?
If you still want to planer, I will inspect and get another one sent out to you (a NEW unused one, of course). Just let me know.
