Ekat/extractor hose end

2 questions.

First, I can't get to the spare part catalog, is this just me?

Second, what I'm looking for is the new style extractor hose end with the bayonet lugs, to fit the hoses with the plug-in cord and sleeve. I have one for I guess a plain 27mm hose but the ferrule diameter is smaller than the one on the hose/cord combo I have. I can't seem to find the one I need, any assistance is appreciated.

[member=8712]Richard/RMW[/member] The more I think about it that might not be the right one. the hose in the sleeve is i think 22mm on the tool end and then goes to 27mm.

That one is for a 27mm hose end.

Accessing ekat is easy as long as you enter only "ekat.festool.de" into the browser.  Everything else in rvieceli's link above is related to his specific session and will likely cause errors for anyone else.

I kept getting that original error even when I limit the url to "ekat.festool.de" on Edge/ipad. Switched over to chrome and it worked finally. Probably need to clear out cache.

Richard, I think this is what you're looking for.

The original straight connector was 456756 but that was replaced by the bayonet style 500668.

Ekat for me only works if I start at the US homepage, and click the link-  https://www.festoolusa.com/service/repair-service/spare-parts

Trying to jump straight to ekat.festool.de always fails.

[member=44099]Cheese[/member] I think that is the one I have, which I believe fits the sleeveless 27mm hose. P/N 500668 has the same descriptor "D 27/22 DM-AS/CT" on Amazon.

The one for the sleeved hose:

Has a slightly larger diameter to account for the sleeve.

I'm probably missing something simple here, happens too often. Appreciate the input.
