I have the wixey digital readout on my table saw and love it.  The best thing since sliced bread.

i ordred it for the virtical panel saw i built i have the delta ems on a rt31 saw and thought this is whats missing on the panel saw
as all the mechanical devices have proved inacurate so hope this works out thanks for the info

A diifferent Wixey product --  a digital read out for a thickness planer that works with (almost?) all planers is available.  I don't know how I got along without one.  It allows very accurate thickness planing and helps me with incremental planing -- I don't take too small or too big a "bite" anymore.

I do use a claliper to check the thickness when I get close to what I am aiming for in thickness.

i just installed this on the panel and its great i made 8 8' rips 31mm and all 8 are 31mm all the way down thanks to all who help
