About a year ago I became addicted to laser etching tiles. I wanted to try cutting but even with the machine in my garage/shop it produced too much smoke. I found a place in the basement where I could ventilate outside so all I needed was an enclosure. Many make them out of MDF and plywood but I thought an acrylic sheet would work out well. I asked questions at the forum about how to machine the material and it was fairly easy. I took advantage of my track saw with TSO goodies and bored the holes on my DP. Only a few more things to do and I’m good to go![attachimg=1]

That's really cool looking. I have been watching a lot of laser content lately, they are fascinating, but I'm still working the CNC thing. Then maybe going the 3D printer route next?
