Ets 125 and rts 400

Is it possible to swop the bases on these sanders as the 400 has a section in the box for the delta base. I have both but the delta would also be handy to have but its not cost efficient to buy all three.

With some work it's possible to change the DTS pad for the RTS pad. It's not possible to change pads with the ETS125.

If you search under the RTS/DTS 400 you will find previous threads on this changing base question.

It is possible to do, but its not meant to be done, so in effect kiss goodbye to your warranty if it goes wrong.

With regard to warranty .... there's very little that can go wrong with the DTS/RTS. If you know how to use a screwdriver you should never have to worry about maintenance or repairs. Besides that, it's built like a tank.
