ETS EC150/3

I don't have my manual with me and I can't find one on line for the EC150/3.

It has a light on the right hand side that show what appears to be a steady light, or a blinking light. Mine is not lit at all.

It appears to have something to do with the Vacuum.

Can anyone tell me what that light means?
