I recently bought the new ETSC 2 125 sander and was wondering if the Edge Sanding Guide can be used with the new sander.

Just got my ETSC2 150 sander today. Very impressed by it, especially with the vacuum hose. Not used the dust bag and may never will. The sales rep said that the edge attachment will fit the ETSC 2 125, but he is Wrong. No way it will fit the model I saw today. Also, there is a height difference between the 125 pad and the mount point and the 150 pad. The 150 pad is taller by about 1.5mm, so when installed onto a 125 body, will have a gap between the pad and the seal area of the sanding pad. The 5 amp battery fits fine, just makes it a bit heavier and does shift the balance back a little bit too. But for, me and mostly flat surfaces, that is not a problem. It is the smoothest sander I have ever used. I have ordered a smaller 4 Ah battery if I get carried away and want to sand a vertical surface at some stage. I have also ordered a spare dust seal as well.

I really wish we could order the older 3.0 batteries. I have one on the OSC 18 and it lasts forever on that tool. It's almost 1/2 pound lighter than the 4.0 battery. Perfect for vertical and ceiling sanding.
