I'm sure most of you have used or tried 2p10 or a similar product, but for the few that are unaware of just how well this product works here is a video I did on 2p10.  I seen it used before but was always afraid of how fast it dried and I finally figured I'd give it a shot and boy I'm pissed I waited to long to use it.  It really has helped speed up install on the kitchens I install and being able to just glue small pieces together with no mechanical fasteners is priceless.  I've also heard it makes a great bandaid  [big grin].

Use some collin's clamps and it goes even quicker.

I do use Collins clamps alot of the time when assembling all my trim pieces. After the glue sets I put a clamp on each miter to help keep everything together as I walk to the install area. The Collin clamps provide that extra insurance to help make sure the trim stays alltogether.

    Dave I use the "thick" over the Jel, because the Jel just kept plugging up in the nozzle so I finally threw it out.    I also use it with the Rockler 7oz. aerosol activator because that large can is just a little too unwieldy for my taste on ladders, etc.  Good video on usage and I still nail all the miters too.

I had the 2P10 in my truck last summer and the heat + pressure build up caused the glue to expand and split the red tube lengthwise.  I'd be careful about storage in a vehicle with a high outside temperature.

I've had the activator take paint off of trim that I sprayed it on.  Probably just crappy paint put on the trim at the manufacturer, but use the activator sparingly.

Make sure to keep the tip clean or your cap will "weld" itself to the tip and you can kiss the two good bye. 

I've been using 2P10 for over 4 years and these tips come from my personal experience.

Collins clamps or Jim Chestnut's Clam Clamps are great helpers, like Darcy mentioned.
