I'm fed up with my MFT rail falling on me when, with my workshop door open, a gust of wind blows it down.
I've tried a block of wood as a stop, but one always has to remember to put it in place, so I came up with a new idea. It's a horseshoe magnet that is fixed to the bottom of the rail, and grabs the rear height adjuster, to the left of the lever. It works well.
