I've got a 2008 Felder KF700 SP saw/shaper for sale.  In very good condition, with minor usage.  Both motors are 7.5HP 3 phase. 

-Double trunnion saw unit
-Takes blades up to 350mm without scoring, 250-315mm with scoring
-Prepped for dado blade
-1 HP scoring unit, includes never used scoring blade
-Includes brand new Forrest Dado King, bored for this machine, never used
-Riving knife and guard
-Digital rip fence

-3200mm (10'6") sliding table
-ripping shoe for straight-line ripping
-miter indexing system for cross cut fence (easy stops for the fence to drop in different angles)
-50" cross cut capability

-Tilt-able shaper with double trunnion
-30mm and 1.25" shaper spindles
-Shaper fence and guards (not shown in pictures)

-Accessories include:
-Items above (scoring blade, Forrest blade, ripping shoe)
-Butt bar
-Parallel cutting device (awesome for ripping on the slider side, and also a great support for sheet goods)
-Additional 1100mm cross-cut fence for solid wood
