Does anyone know where I can purchase the Festool 149-pc-centrotec-bit-set?? This set is ideal for me.

Thanks!

First,  Welcome to the FOG!  The Centrotec sets were limited availability items so you will have to search.  Check with Lee Valley to see if they have any left.

Is that a much older set?  Or is the one I bought last year the older sent.  This one has more drill bits and the case for the bits is different? It seems to have fewer centrotec bits.

That one is different than the one currently offered at Lee Valley, and for 11 $coots more you'd have to be a few bricks short to buy the eBay one. The eBay one doesn't have any of the stuff that makes the current version slightly tempting. ie: the countersink bits~

I don't understand their driver bit selection choice. Here in Canada a good selection of Robertson/Square Drive would be way better than the Phillips,Torx or Slots, which IMHO are as useful as a kick to the....

Looks like the lister of the Centrotec set may be a FOGGER. The ebay set has been lowered by 50 $coots and is now $349.00 OBO which is a much better deal! Still no countersink bits, but the savings can help offset the cost of buying them. One thing that is hilarious is the listing itself. I love the "ONLY ONE LEFT AND DISCONTINUED" then right below next to the bid box it says "4 Available"
