Australian Fog members should check out the Festool Australia website and enter the Tool A Day Competition.

Today's prize (Sunday) and once again tomorrow is a CXS mini and kit. Coming up are quad drills, vacs, ETS 150, TR 55 and more.

Full details at

http://www.festool.com.au/News/Competition

And remember winning one should be possible, because Kev probably has them all!!!  [wink]  [big grin]

I sent it my first entry on Saturday morning so i hope it was still eligible for the 1st day today.

I also wonder if i have to put in a new entry everyday.... kinda think i do.

I wonder if any of us die hard fans will win one? If anyone does please post it here so we know we might have a chance

It'd be sad if one of us doesn't win at least one of them [huh]

A lot of CXSs in the mix. Best prizes are 16th and 17th !

Yes I agree, but a mini vac would be good, and an ETS 150 (although I have one) would be a good win for someone.

Mike, I think you can enter each day as the entry website says -

"Tell us in 50 words or less how Festool can make your work Faster, Easier and Better to go into the running to win a tool a day in September. The best answer each day will win!"

I think some days will have more entries than others, depending on need and the item offered. For example; the days Kev highlighted.

Good luck to all.     [thumbs up]

I think over the next 30 days it will be a case of Posting an entry every morning before heading off to work..... wonder how creative i can become.  30 reasons why it's Faster, Easier and better.

Anyone won yet? Or do we have to wait until the end of the Competition?

Just posted today's entry. Have not entered every day, just those I like or need the prize.

Good luck again. [wink]

Hi the website says this ........Publication details

Winners will be published on the website www.festool.com.au throughout the competition period as they are notified.

But I can't find anything either on their website 1 week on?

It is weird that nothing has been posted about winners yet.... I'm also surprised that the comp is slightly hidden, that it's always the 2nd page on the graphic loop on the main page, and that nothing was said in the news section.
Whom ever is in control of the Web page doesn't seem to push it much.

I aslo wonder why Festool Australia isn't promoting  themselves on Facebook as most other major businesses do these days.

I'll tell you what, I'm running out of different ideas for faster, easier and better

Yeah I know what you mean.....perhaps this whole thing is a scam just to get our emails addy's and further there mailing list under the guise we sucker junkies will fall for it. So Festool Australia come clean with  going  on?

Not sure that I agree that it is a specific scam, after all most competitions are data creaming exercises, as are loyalty schemes.
However you would think that releasing winner names by now would encourage more or greater numbers of entries in future weeks. Good for Festool and good for entrants to date, and in future weeks.  [smile]

They have just released the first weeks winners on the festool news page, any of us ?

Well the second and third weeks winners were up and i doesn't seem there was any winners from here..... 3 days to go hopefully one of my entries will get me somewhere this week.

on another note a few brand New never used PROTOOL Vacs have turned up on ebay and there is also a NEW ETS150/3 on Gumtree.  Seems like some winners prefer cash.

Well, entering nearly everyday has paid off.... just scored an e-mail informing me I've won a Protool Dust Extractor VCP10E.

What a great way to start the day.
