That's what my wife likes to call the WCR 1000.
A nice new big WCR box arrived for my birthday yesterday. Of course I'm a very happy camper.
The slots and various holes seem to be very nicely sized to fit common tools. Sanders fit on the hooks great. The only issue so far is the shelf. I've knocked that thing off at least 5 or 6 times in the last day. Definitely needs a couple of screws to keep it on. The end shelf is a bit of an issue also if you have a handle on the CT. I think I will probably take the WCR apart and put the end shelf on the outside end.
Overall great product, of course, that seems like it will hold up for a long time.
Pics are of a new Oak staircase I'm finishing up. Hope to do the final sanding Monday and then apply coats.

Hello I had the same issue on my WCR1000. I posted something called Work Center Shelf Retention Improvement. Basically you insert appropriate sized screws above the top of the sheet metal on the shelf which will trap it in such a way as to make it very unlikely to come off.

This is not much cost to improve on an otherwise very well conceived product.

i think what you should do is tighten the fit with a pliers etc. that way it will be difficult to slide in and out

That's what I did, I think it was Paul that gave me that idea.
