Festool Connect 2014

Not to make more work for anyone, but it would be nice if the video was bookmarked for chapters so you can go to the parts that interest you.

Even if it is an HD version of the event, I can make due. Only got to see a bit of the end with the TS demo.

Hope I can make it next year!

Cheers. Bryan.

I had a blast again this year at connect! Holy lot of people! The presentations were great and I got to meet Kevin O'Connor!!!  Thank you festool USA for once again providing a great day!

As others have Festool Connect was again a big hit, with twice the turnout of people and a great cast of guest speakers.
Got to wonder where do they go from here

It was awesome [thanks]

Guys, glad that those who attended enjoyed the event. I have to say that it's such a pleasure for us to host the event and to get to spend some time with you all. I appreciate you all taking the time out of your schedules to be present. It was great to see many, many familiar faces as well as to meet some new ones.

For those that had problems loading the FOG with the live video broadcast on the home page, my apologies. I actually was accessing the FOG that day from my iPhone and had no problems. But, I'm sorry for the trouble. Each year, we have to learn from past experiences and try to make it better. So, noted about the load problems and I'll have a better solution next time.

I hope that some of you were able to join the live broadcast and enjoy the show from afar.

Shane

I would echo what others have said - thanks to Festool for "hosting" event. Problem is, when I say "Festool" there are so many people included under that name, the word "Festool" does not do it justice. And I'm missing a bunch of names here, but special thanks to Rick Bush, Shane, Michael Williams, Brian Sedgley, Steve Bace, Chris, Gil,  Minnie, Greg P and those 2 young photographers for all their planning and hard work. Pleasure meeting up and speaking with many of Festool's Regional Sales Managers, Scott B  and Todd, Seth, the gang at Tool Nut, Sal, as well as some of my customers.
Up until a few years ago, "Connect" was a yearly event for dealers only, meant to introduce and present and demonstrate new tools. It was a very wise decision to rethink this and open it up to the public. Lots of fun and excitement and looks like the attendance this year was about double that of last year. This is one of those win-win events, that those on the fence about attending in the future, should simply attend.

Sounds like another greT event !! Sorry I could not attend this year too much going on. Heard from quite a few that they enjoyed the table saw discussion about bringing one here to the us

And all the free give always

This was my first Connect event and I have to say I was impressed. I had a great time and don't see myself missing any future events. Shane it was nice to actually meet you. Minnie is always a pleasure to see and talk to. Thanks again.
