Festool CT MiDi Bluetooth

Hello i have a CT Midi dust collector the new version with the bluetooth button already installed. I also have the bluetooth remote to tuen the vacuum on/off. It was all working fine then after a few weeks of not using it i try to turn on the vacuum via the button and it does not work. The remote battery is fine every time i press the button the light turns on blue. Thought maybe the i need to re-pair them so pressed the bluetooth button on the vacuum but it does not work. Light does not light up on the vaacuum or blink. Thought maybe i had to hold it down for a few seconds to start pairing process but light does not turn on at all. Funny thing is that i can turn the vacuum with the manual button fine just the bluetooth.

The CT midi is about 2-3 years old i think. Original owner same with bluetooth.

Any recommendations.

The battery is fine. It keeps blinking when i press it.

I already knew that part as i had that issue when i first got it. The remote has been paired with the vac for years now and it was working fine now not anymore. Tried pairing it but the VACUUM bluetooth button does NOT light up when i press and hold for 3-5 seconds

Hi, did you get this resolved? I have the same issue. Bluetooth on my midi itself not working suddenly, remote seems fine. Worked for years but yesterday stopped

I ran into the same issue today. Turning the vacuum off and on again resolved it.
