Hi! Tomato paste for BORSCH (national ukrainian dish).
I think it is our special ceremony because tomato past may be bought in any shop very cheap. But very, VERY important to do it each season by grandmother's old squeezer and with my (and Fe) help because don't want to twist the handle.
