Festool edgebander. Anybody is willing to rent or sell one? DESPERATE NEED

Hello Festool family, 

I come to you in great peace, kindness and a desperate need for a Festool Edegbander KA65. I currently own a small business based in the UK, and we have come to a standstill. We are in need of the edgebander above and for the budget we have, and our research, the festool edgebander is the perfect tool. Otherwise until proven wrong.

It’s a crazy emotional story becasuse we just managed to save a budget aside for an edgebander and had been excited to purchase the festool edgebander, only finding, there all out of stock and will not be receiving anything new until next year.

Due to this desperate times its our business which has come to a stop and im asking every festool owner, if they’re willing to rent one or sell one to myself as we are in need of this as soon as possible. Mistakes happen, we could have arranged payment sooner but it was the best option for us until now. Thankyou for reading this and hopefully we can solve a problem together.

Edit: I just realized the tool is powered, so you most likely require a British plug. So any US product links will not help you, I assume. Sorry about that.

I also have seen them on the recon site on occasion, but not sure if UK has access to that site.

Given the Conturo is EOL - at least for now /hope it changes/ I guess it is OK to post this here:

This is a big distributor and a small OEM inone. They carry these edgebanders made by a local Czech maker (not remember which) who makes them for the better part of a decade or so.

Not as refined as the Conturo, but functionally similar and I heard only good stuff about them - for the price at least.

Not sure where you are in the UK, but in The Netherlands and Belgium there are several companies that rent out Festool equipment, including the Conturo. THere might be some company in the UK as well.
