i got one today from ultimate tool supply in Vancouver  [big grin] [big grin] [big grin]

Not a bad idea, I should get one of those.  My shop is 200 feet from my house.  Currently, my first aid solution is a bandana hanging on a wall hook in case I need a tourniquet when I chop my arm off.

If these came in a T-Loc i would be all over it. right now i have the little lowes special first aid kit that isnt much good for anymore then a papercut  [eek]

Very nice, I have an older version in Dark Green, not Festool colouring at all. Mine is a Sys 1 not a 2
Can you show a shot of the contents.
Makes me feel a lot safer in the workshop, Havent needed to use more than a plaster so far. Touch wood it stays that way.

Just a FYI - the First Aid kits overseas have different contents than the NA kits if my memory serves me adequately.  An image of a NA one might not be a good representation of an overseas kit.

Here are a few shots of the US kit.  The Euro kits are in green Systainers (its the standard Tanos green , not Festool green) with white crosses . The most notable difference in contents is two BIG bottles of eyewash in the Euro kits. I thought I had pics of that two but can't find them right now. Both are in Sys -I s , but I saw a Sys - II size euro was available and I think it had more stuff  in it.

Hi Seth,
Thanks for the photos, wow thats quite a big difference in the goodies.

I am surprised that the "American" version is missing the good stuff, Eye wash and mouth to mouth mask. (must be since AIDS or passive smoking became an issue) blanket etc. I thought with all the extra filters on the Dust collectors that the health and safety is even more anal than over here in Europe.

Have not yet seen a Sys 2 version of the First Aid kit.

Also thanks for reminding me about the tweezers, I had totally forgotten they were in there. Will save me a long walk next time I catch a splinter.
