Been looking for festool hand tools. Examples- utility knife, folding rule ect. Availability?

Welcome to the FOG !

The folding rules were done in two versions. One in metric only , and one in imperial/metric combination. The combo rule was a limited time offer in the US. It has been a while but there might still be a few dealers that have some.

I am fairly certain that none of the knives were ever sold in the US. The utility knife  (safety cutter knife)  has a blade that only stays open while pressure is being applied to the thumb slide. Otherwise it automatically retracts. It is kind of funky to use.

The snap off blade knife is a nice one.

Ratchet set ..... NAINA

The Centrotec screwdriver handle is available in the US.

Tape measure was available in the US. It is kind of so so.

I saw a multi-tool on Ebay once, but I am not sure if it was an official Festool item

There were 2 folding rulers, metric and imperial,  left after I purchased one

Hand Driver (screw driver with proprietary Festool Centrotec Bits)
And lastly, Hand sanding set.

Off the top of my head, that's all I can think of.  The folding rules and the Stabila level were limited edition goodies.

This is one I bought and use off of amazon. Its not festool. Its about 3 inches longer when folded than the festool one. But it does everything I need

There are others in stock that are both metric and imperial combos. Ive just been  using the metric one. My son broke my combo which I never used anyway.

No biggie. The metric ones to me work much better with festool.

Edited to add:

As far as the festool tape, I like the fast cap metric flat tape lays flat on the work piece for a more accurate (to me) measurment

There's also the small sanding block (not part of the set that Sean listed).  It's pretty handy with the extension on the front.
