The CT dust extractors are some of the best vacs on the market but the the 27mm hose it doesn't always easily fit many common dust ports for the main tool brands. I make a lot of custom ports to work on some of the most popular tools so you can easily use your Festool vac with most your tools. These twist and lock onto your Cleantec 27mm hose.

I have the Toolcurve piece for the OF1010, it's fantastic.

Question- you list separate parts for all the oval port tools (OF1010, RS2, etc).  Are the adapters actually different in some way, or is this just done for SEO/marketing?

I just ordered the Toolcurve connectors for the Makita trim router and the Mafell P1CC. Thanks for the link!

For applications like the Makita router or Kreg jig I'd be way more interested in whole replacement parts than adaptors. Instead of that one more thing give me less!

Hey [member=63862]ToolCurve[/member]  I like both of these items a lot. Will they also fit in 80/20 extrusions?

I have thought about that but I know some guys have cheaper vacs along with their Festool and if I did a complete replacement say for the Kreg K5 then it wouldn't work with a standard vac so I figured it would be a little easier keeping and using an adapter but I can see wanting an entire replacement if you are Festool only.

[member=44099]Cheese[/member], could you send me a PM with the t slot profile size of your 80/20, I think they should fit but I just want to make sure. I can send you over the exact size of the profile I use.

Hey John I certainly will...my guess is that it will fit but that's only a guess. I have a ton of Festools but could never justify spending the money for a shaky table.  [big grin]  You have some nice product and I'm curious if the hose adapter for the DX 93, RS 2, OF 1010 and RAS 115 are all the same item?

I've updated the original post with links to our Dewalt Sander, Makita cut-out saw, Dewalt router adapter & more.

I haven't ordered anything from you (ToolCurve) yet, but holy moly are you on a tear with all these awesome items. The hits keep coming.

[member=63862]ToolCurve[/member]  You’re got a nice range of adapters and the finish looks very good!

I’d just like to point out that each element in the dust stream ideally should overlap the preceding element. This way the dust never hits an obstruction and when you pull the hose out of the adapter there is no ring of dust to fall.

Most of your adapters fit over the tool’s exhaust port which is very good but in most cases the 27mm hose fits inside your adapter. The Festool 27mm hose has a thick blunt end which makes it particularly unsuitable to use on the inside of an adapter.

If the Festool 36mm hose fits over your adapter that would be ideal. Does it fit well?

Toolcurve, I just received my three adapters: for the Makita sander, the Makita router (fixed base), and the OF 1010.
They fit great.
I do have a recommendation: if it's possible to have the end of the OF 1010 adapter that attaches to the hose angled so that the hose is raised up off the work even a bit, it would be a major improvement.
