Well...just venting about the common flu like symptoms that many of us seem to suffer from...I guess the only cure is to get all the Festools you need to get this illness out of your system!  [smile]

I took advantage of the Kapex Promo in February, as well as ordering the UG Ext stand/cart before March 1st.

Now all of a sudden I had another fever and ordered a Domino 700 (I'll get the Domiplate and cutter adapter soon), a OF 1400 router, and a MFT/300. I think the fever will subside April 1st...at least I hope so.  [eek].

I doubt is as well- the 'medication' will just cost more.    :-[

Enjoy your new additions!'

You will never be over it, they keep new forms strains of the virus.

There might be a need for a Festools Anonymous group. Hi, my name is Paul and I haven't bought a Festool product in (about) 90 days.

Looking more and more like it for me too....

Since January, I have purchased a Domino DF500, a 1400 router, the LR32 guide rail and hole drilling kit, a Midi, a 150/3 and a DTS400.

That pretty well shot my tool buying budget for the year.

Glad I'm not alone. Next up is the hole drilling kit to go with my holy rail, followed by 118" track.

I recently bought the Vecturo Set- what a great tool for remodeling!

The Festool Rep was demonstrating the new Conturo while I was there- I didn't think I needed one of those until I saw it in action... [scared]  I haven't pulled the trigger on that yet, but if I end up building cabinets for my new home, it would sure come in handy.

I started with the domino xl 700 and three systainers full of dominoes and the smaller cutter adapter.  It quickly turned to the ts 55 and three sets of track, the work station, and a ton of different systainers, and carts to organizer my install trailer.  I quickly realized I needed two mft tables and most recently I found out the fever had returned the LR 32 system is now mine all mine and two routers the 2200 and the 1400, and of course I needed the CT36.  I recently picked up a job that required sanding so of course I needed the family of rotex sanders, the 90, and 150 then the ets 125.  I thought it was over till I found out the kapex has been haunting my dreams.  I sure I will "need" the rest soon

Hawkeye, sounds like you feel my pain. What's your favorite out of the list...mine would be the CT36.

Gerald, I bought the SuperCut (in a systainer) last year...can't bring myself to by the vecturo yet...but know it's the way to go!

Guys,  While the ETS125 is a nice sander, you really "need" the ETS 150/3 for efficient sanding. I'm just trying to help [wink]

Give it a while.  The Festool addiction will wear off.......

Once you own everything.    [tongue]

But then you find yourself mad because the full Festool line is not available here in the States.

Then you start getting mad and wonder why it's not available.

Eric

Affirmative....

Just couple months in and....
Kapex on MFT mini
CT26
Domino 500
TS55 and couple tracks
Several sortainers

It's hard to look at the price - until you use it once, then you think- yea, but it's worth it.

Price is not an issue if the tool helps you make $$ (from a business side of things, not hobbiest).

But I never got the "addiction" aspect to owning any brand of tool.

[cool]I know thats right.......i sure spent a chunk of change in the past few weeks.........i got to get to work to pay for them now.......cause i need a few more......... [eek]

I keep thinking I have all I want.  For example after I got my routers I thought I will never own any of the other items.  I now own almost 90% of everything that was ever on my wish list.  I thought I will never want the LR 32 well then my two cheap rockler jigs busted and I hate drilling and setting up the drill press for my 35mm cup holes well damn problem solved with the LR 32 and I'm in love with it.  I think the kapex is my next target.  I never thought I would buy it but after some issues with my newer dewalt miter saws and super crappy dust collection issues both in the shop and on jobs it's become another no brainer.  You know with festool you are getting the absolute best I had a lot of sticker shock at first years ago but it's so good you find a way to justify the purchases over and over
